Brewing Foundation
The Brewing module explores the science of coffee extraction through various brewing methods and focuses on the precise control of variables that influence the final quality of the beverage.
The Foundation level introduces the fundamentals of coffee brewing, such as brewing ratios, grinding methods, water temperature, and extraction time, for a range of popular manual methods.
With over 17 years of coffee education experience, at Coffee Maker’s School we are excited to guide you on your journey in the field. By the end of the SCA Introduction to Coffee course, you will have insight into your next steps in specialty coffee education. You will know what information to look for when choosing coffee, and each cup will become an opportunity to discover and learn something new.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to course participation at least 24 hours before the course starts.
The participant will be able to reschedule participation for another course date, subject to availability.
