Roasting Foundation
The Roasting module is designed to provide a deep understanding of the coffee roasting process, focusing on controlling variables and optimizing roasting profiles.
The Foundation level provides a basic understanding of the science of roasting, including recognizing the stages of roasting and the impact of fundamental variables on flavor development.
With over 17 years of coffee education experience, at Coffee Maker’s School we are excited to guide you on your journey in the field. By the end of the SCA Introduction to Coffee course, you will have insight into your next steps in specialty coffee education. You will know what information to look for when choosing coffee, and each cup will become an opportunity to discover and learn something new.
Duration: Approximately 8 hours
Location: Coffee Maker’s School, Șos. Pantelimon 286, Bucharest, Romania
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to course participation at least 24 hours before the course starts.
The participant will be able to reschedule participation for another course date, subject to availability.
