Roasting Professional

The Roasting module is designed to provide a deep understanding of the coffee roasting process, focusing on controlling variables and optimizing roasting profiles.

The Professional level is for advanced roasters, focusing on the continuous analysis and optimization of roasting profiles to achieve large-scale consistency, including the implementation of strict quality control protocols.

With over 17 years of coffee education experience, at Coffee Maker’s School we are excited to guide you on your journey in the field. By the end of the SCA Introduction to Coffee course, you will have insight into your next steps in specialty coffee education. You will know what information to look for when choosing coffee, and each cup will become an opportunity to discover and learn something new.

Duration: Approximately 24 hours

Location: Coffee Maker’s School, Șos. Pantelimon 286, Bucharest, Romania

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to course participation at least 24 hours before the course starts.

The participant will be able to reschedule participation for another course date, subject to availability.
