Sensory Skills Foundation
The Sensory Skills module is designed to develop sensory skills for the objective evaluation of coffee, using sensory analysis techniques and tasting methods.
The Foundation level introduces the fundamental principles of sensory analysis, including the identification of essential aromas and flavors in coffee. The course uses the SCA Flavor Wheel to build a common language for discussing coffee.
With over 17 years of coffee education experience, at Coffee Maker’s School we are excited to guide you on your journey in the field. By the end of the SCA Introduction to Coffee course, you will have insight into your next steps in specialty coffee education. You will know what information to look for when choosing coffee, and each cup will become an opportunity to discover and learn something new.
Duration: Approximately 8 hours
Location: Coffee Maker’s School, Șos. Pantelimon 286, Bucharest, Romania
Cancellation Policy: Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to course participation at least 24 hours before the course starts.
The participant will be able to reschedule participation for another course date, subject to availability.
